Overnight chocolate banana pudding // recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa (or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon)
- 1/2 cup jumbo oats
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Mix together all the liquids: honey, greek yougurt and almond milk
- Mash a banana with fork
- Add mashed banana, oats, chia seeds and raw cocoa to the mixture and combine
- Refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, top up however you like: dates, walnuts, shredded coconut, almonds or berries.
